I Booked an appointment to view this house, I was lucky to be shown the house by a lady called Lesley Daniel. She was professional with her team all the way through my property purchase.<br><br>I highly recommend her to anyone would like to purchase a property from Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches. She deserves a five star rating.
10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)The viewing itself went smoothly, and Paula was already there when I arrived and explained everything very well.<br><br>However, I was really disappointed with the property. Based on the photos, I expected the house to be much bigger. More importantly, it is advertised as a two-bedroom property, but I honestly would not consider the second room a bedroom. It is such a small, square space that you cannot even fit a bed in it. In my opinion, if a room cannot accommodate a bed, it should not be advertised as a bedroom.<br><br>I think it would be much more accurate to describe the property as a one-bedroom house with an office or storage room, rather than a two-bedroom house. I believe this is important for potential tenants to know before arranging a viewing, as the current description gives a misleading impression of the property.

They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.
