From the initial valuation to receiving an offer, it took just three weeks, and the whole process was handled remotely, which made things easy for me.<br><br>Sian was easy to reach and kept me updated throughout. When the sale slowed down and it wasn’t clear where the hold-up was, she kept chasing everyone involved and helped keep the sale moving.<br><br>I really appreciated the communication and support and would happily use Your Move again. I’d definitely recommend Sian and the Wallington team.

From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. I Booked an appointment to view this house, I was lucky to be shown the house by a lady called Lesley Daniel. She was professional with her team all the way through my property purchase.<br><br>I highly recommend her to anyone would like to purchase a property from Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches. She deserves a five star rating.

We chose Cubitt & West because we'd dealt with them on a previous house move, and Nigel visited us early on, giving us a realistic overview and honest expectations from the outset.<br><br>We then took the next 12 months to get the property ready before finally ordering the photos. From that point, things gathered real pace. All our requirements were respected throughout: no advertising boards, weekend viewings only, and qualified viewers only. The systems Cubitt & West have in place were extremely professional, with detailed documentation and transparency at every stage.<br><br>It was a long journey, but we got there in the end thanks to the persistence of Nigel, Dave, and Tamsin. A big shout out to Dave and Nigel in particular. Thanks, guys.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)The viewing itself went smoothly, and Paula was already there when I arrived and explained everything very well.<br><br>However, I was really disappointed with the property. Based on the photos, I expected the house to be much bigger. More importantly, it is advertised as a two-bedroom property, but I honestly would not consider the second room a bedroom. It is such a small, square space that you cannot even fit a bed in it. In my opinion, if a room cannot accommodate a bed, it should not be advertised as a bedroom.<br><br>I think it would be much more accurate to describe the property as a one-bedroom house with an office or storage room, rather than a two-bedroom house. I believe this is important for potential tenants to know before arranging a viewing, as the current description gives a misleading impression of the property.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

They helped us sell our flat, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional.<br><br>Having had a disappointing experience with our previous estate agent working with Butlers was a breath of fresh air.<br><br>From day one, they were proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They kept us regularly updated, stayed in touch without us having to chase, and openly discussed different strategies and options with us throughout the process. We always felt informed and supported, but never pressured into making any decisions.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Liam, who led our sale and has been absolutely outstanding. He is knowledgeable, professional, approachable and clearly takes real pride in his work. Equally, every other member of the team we dealt with was consistently helpful, friendly and professional. 16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Since we moved to Wallington with the help of Kenyons, the service has been excellent throughout our 8 years there. They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.
