From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. I Booked an appointment to view this house, I was lucky to be shown the house by a lady called Lesley Daniel. She was professional with her team all the way through my property purchase.<br><br>I highly recommend her to anyone would like to purchase a property from Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches. She deserves a five star rating.- 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Having had the odd trouble with letting agents in the past, Centro has been nothing short of exceptional. In particular, Liam’s support, all the way from the initial viewing, to moving in has been stellar. We did not experience a single headache, and I attribute that largely to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

They helped us sell our flat, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional.<br><br>Having had a disappointing experience with our previous estate agent working with Butlers was a breath of fresh air.<br><br>From day one, they were proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They kept us regularly updated, stayed in touch without us having to chase, and openly discussed different strategies and options with us throughout the process. We always felt informed and supported, but never pressured into making any decisions.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Liam, who led our sale and has been absolutely outstanding. When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process.
