She is evicting 5 tenants from Vernon Road and other tenants. 16 properties with children!<br><br>Refusing to meet with the union.<br>Documentary will be released soon and action will be taken for the lack of compassion she has had for the families with children.
25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.
12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)When we decided to put our house on the market we looked at a few different agents, but opted for the Personal Agent, due to the service and advice received even before the sales process had begun. The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????
12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done, Amner, Georgie, Kirstie, Jane and Evie; and thank you all for the part you played, particularly in delivering my aspiration of buying the dream property I did.

It made an otherwise stressful undertaking that much less daunting, and we won't forget their kindness.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end. When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client. The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up. From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent. I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

The team has been honest, reliable, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We also really appreciated that they don’t work on a commission basis.
