This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

27th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)My partner and I had a viewing booked for Sunday at 11:30am, with both a verbal and email confirmation. Unfortunately, we were running 10-15 minutes late due to road closures, so we made multiple attempts to contact the agent/office but no one answered. We arrived around 11:45am, which was still within our viewing slot but no one was there. We waited outside for a further 15 minutes while repeatedly calling the office, but received no response. The estate agent made NO attempt to contact us, despite having our contact details. We even called their East Grinstead branch but they were unable to help.<br><br>To make matters worse, they emailed afterwards claiming the agent had been waiting inside the property for 25 minutes. If that's true, they must have arrived significantly earlier than the agreed 11:30am appointment to make up their supposed "25 minutes" because we arrived at 11:45am. Regardless, the issue isn't how long the agent claims they waited – it's that nobody attempted to contact us at any stage, despite us repeatedly trying to get hold of them. A simple phone call would have avoided this situation.<br><br>I travelled from West London specifically for this viewing, investing both time and money, only to be met with an astonishing lack of communication and customer service. You'd be far better off dealing with Astons or Connells, who at least understand the importance of basic communication and respect for their customers' time.

They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! He cares about his clients and gives them an amazing experience. I put my full trust in Louis and Cubitt & West to. If you're looking for an estate agents that are that care about their clients, are quick to update you and provide excellent guidance + transparency then I 100% recommend this branch.

She ensured all our questions were resolved, making this the smoothest rental experience we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Hunters Carshalton and will certainly return to them when we are ready to purchase our next property.

This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
