One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool
29th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had our challenges with buyers lower in the chain pulling out and us risking losing the house we had set our hearts on, however Louise and the team on particular Nicola worked tirelessly to keep things moving, even working on days off to ensure she got the sale over the line. It was a very stressful 8 months but we never once lost faith in the Wards at Welling team and would always recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents they can trust. We want to say a huge thank you to them all .

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)In a difficult market for leasehold flats, Felicity J. Lord did a good job of advertising our flat at price point that eventually enabled us to achieve our objective. It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)First let then sold a property through maritime properties. They dealt with the while process and kept me informed at all times. Much better than other estate agents that I have dealt with.

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.

4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues. They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach. Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

Jack was so patient with all the delays, chased the solicitors and buyers when we were losing the will, and kept us sane. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate everything!

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!

Once we signed up with them they then started to talk down the market, the area, the property, the economy etc. to pressure us into a sale at a disappointing price.
