Nancy was very patient and determined to help us find our dream home and I highly appreciate her consistency, patience and her honesty. She is outsanding in what she does. I am also grateful to Kim for keeping me informed and updated about the movement of the purchase and patiently answering my queries. Shoutout as well to Judy(Rainham) branch who was also very helpful when Kim was on leave and hearing her voice is calming and every good news means that we are near our target(owning a home). I would also like to thank everyone in the Gillingham branch for your professionalism and dedication: Gary( Branch Manager) , Hannah( Senior sale & letting advisor) and Maura. 9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Rang regards a flat, was scoffed at "holy Christ that's 3 times more than I earn". Sorry that I'm disabled and our money goes 3 ways not one. Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation. Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again. In fact I used them on the basis of a family friend recommendation and are the first choice estate agent for Aylesford and the surrounding area.

She kept me updated constantly, nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting before I put the house up for sale she advised me on what to do and what not. The whole process was smooth, because of her. I would recommend her to everyone, and have. Simply fantastic!
