Although there were some delays due to complications with the seller, Steve was always on hand to pick up my phone calls and kept pushing the deal forward up towards completion. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

5th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

Any issues were managed quickly, fairly and with a rare level of kindness. Dealing with MS&P is like being in a world where estate agents are genuine caring people doing a great job, it’s been a pleasure.

I approached the Isleworth branch to rent out my brother's flat as he recently moved abroad and they proved to be the very best. Dominick was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my queries from the first meeting. He found a lovely family to rent my brother's flat in only two days which was way beyond my expectations. The process was very smooth and both my brother and the tenants are very happy overall. Thank you Dominick and the Isleworth team!

Their professionalism and friendly approach really made a difference, and I felt well-supported at every step. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!

He has excellent knowledge of the property market and the local areas around Hounslow and Southall. He also has strong connections with landlords and investors in the area. He helped me with dealing with a few properties, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Even though AKS Estate is a relatively new name, Shiv himself has more than 18 years of experience in the property market.
