8th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
1st Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Wow what can I say I had rented for many years but this company is definitely 5Stars. Very friendly and will go out off there way to resolve any issues I had. The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.

12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

21st Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Cherie at Langley Estate Agents has been great. We loved the photographs she organised to market our property, and she was great at contacting people after viewings which led to a quick offer. Great value for money too, I’d definitely recommend!

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

Zero viewings in 12 weeks. We removed property from their hands as soon as we could. Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.

15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are

What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
