She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!

The Knowledge and expertise is invaluable and I welcomed the honest and transparent approach. Whilst the conveyancing process posed some challenges, I particularly appreciated the responsiveness and support from Allsworth’s to enable us to complete within a set deadline.

I asked about the new changes too and they sent me a booklet of everything I needed to be aware of! Such a helpful and lovely team. 5* service and prices are the cheapest in the area, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend. 9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Very disappointed with their services they were very poor in keeping you updated and in 14 weeks they only phoned me twice- 9th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.
