From our first meeting I found Tom to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable . We instructed Tom to help sell our late parents bungalow . This property had its challenges , however Tom did much research and found solutions along the way . He kept us fully informed at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed . Tom was always available to speak to at any time of the day which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend using Tom at Stephensons to sell your property.
9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We recently sold our property, which we had purchased through Dunstan's over seven years ago. As we were so satisfied with their service then, we chose to use them again. Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

The support throughout the process was second to none. There was no silly promise of inflated market value followed by lengthy negotiations, I was given a true market value of my property and they advised they knew how to sell it. And yes they did. Thank you to Sohail and the team at Adams Estates. ????????

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.
