It wasn't straight forward as our buyer solicitors were poorly and this caused several problems. They were all very friendly and attentive, and we felt well supported throughout the process. This continued throughout the whole process, and as a first time buyer, i honestly think they made all the difference. From accommodating extra viewings to stepping in to help move the process along where needed and answering any questions I had, he went above and beyond to ensure all ran as smoothly as possible. I’ve always had somewhat negative perceptions regarding estate agents, but this has completely changed since my experience with Simon & Co. They are a really genuine, friendly team who are great at what they do.
