His communication was great, especially when exchange became drawn out. Excellent service and even met me at the new house with the keys on completion. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again ??????

Christian worked tirelessly to secure a sale for us and kept us updated throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and if Christian wasn't available then Andrea and Alex were excellent too and made time to assist and help with anything needed. The marketing was very good, the feedback after viewings was detailed and prompt. I would highly recommend Clarkes to anybody thinking of selling!
17th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Over the past 5 years we’ve rented, bought and sold with Irvings. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The team are all incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Their communication has always been excellent and prompt. If we were to move again Irving’s would be our only call.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.

The viewings were conducted by Imogen who was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to get answers to supplementary enquiries about the property, showing that she also had a good rapport with the vendors. Following on from the process of offer to acceptance, again remarkably smooth, the internal communication within DOMVS ensured that the sales progression team of Marcus and Nicky were able to help facilitate a speedy and smooth process leading to a successful exchange of contracts. I would say overall that DOMVS’ strengths lay in very good, timely communications (both internal and external) and a professional, helpful relationship with both seller and buyer. Well done and thank you!

My house sale unfortunately fell through on four separate occasions, and each time they acted quickly, professionally, and had it back on the market without delay. They managed to secure a new buyer every time, showing real dedication and persistence. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment were outstanding throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Meyers. A special mention to Paige, a huge credit to the company! Paige was absolutely fantastic though out a difficult and lengthy process.

Robbie was excellent from the very beginning. He got the property to market quickly and generated strong interest straight away, which led to a fast sale. He was proactive, realistic and easy to deal with, which gave us confidence throughout. Lily has also been brilliant. She has done a great job supporting the process behind the scenes, keeping communication flowing between us and the solicitors and making sure nothing was left hanging. Having that level of coordination made a real difference and helped keep things moving. Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell.

We had our property on the market for months with a high street agent and switched to Simon & Co. as we were feeling low priority and the difference was incredible, within a short period of time we had viewings and offers on our property at a time the housing market was stagnant. Sol was so kind and professional from the beginning when we marketed and kept us updated throughout the selling process ensuring good communication channels between ourselves and our buyer. They seemed to genuinely care how everything was going and were so personable making what could have been stressful seem easy. We would definitely use Simon & Co again and highly recommend them. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. They went way over and above to help with complications with the previous tenants, James answered the phone to me no matter how big or small my questions and just really supported with solicitors language to keep the momentum going and help me understand exactly what was going on. I am so happy I had the pleasure of dealing with them and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Professional and personal and utterly top service.

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
