Over the last 9months I have sold a property, purchased a property and rented a property, all through Irving’s. The Lettings Team have always been responsive and helpful to any problems that cropped up and got any issues sorted really quickly. Emails are responded to really quickly which is always reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to either rent my property through Irving’s or recommend them as a letting agent if you are looking for an agent to let a property through.

The entire purchasing process was very complex and often complicated, due to a series of legal hurdles and unexpected obstacles. But Ben’s deep knowledge of the market, combined with his vast experience, relentless perseverance, and calm professionalism, kept us moving forward. After a lengthy journey, we were finally able to secure the house we truly wanted. I can’t thank him enough, and I would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a complex purchase. Always quick to reply, punctual for viewings and answered all my silly 1st time buyer questions. Perhaps being an independent local agent makes the difference. All I can say is thanks and you'll be recommended! Hopefully won't be needing you any time soon but if I do, I won't bother with anyone else.
