His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!

18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

7th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!
31st Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

We viewed properties with a few different agents and knew that we wanted to buy through Welcome Homes, and they ended up finding us the perfect place! We had some logistics challenges arranging viewings as we were based in London. It was a particularly difficult time for me in the midst of a traumatic divorce. Lily Creighton was amazingly supportive throughout the sale process and went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as painless and stress free as it could have been for myself and my son. Lily Creighton advocated throughout for myself at times when I struggled to do so for myself and worked tirelessly to ensure that both myself and my son came out of a very difficult situation in a much more positive one. I recently purchased a cottage through Connells in Dorchester. My point of contact throughout the process of buying the house, was again the Manager of Dorchester Connells. Lily Creighton. Lily was an absolute font of knowledge throughout the whole process, aways easy to contact and responded really quickly to any concerns or queries that I had. Nothing ever felt to be too much trouble and even at some of the more challenging moments, I felt that I was in very safe and capable hands with Lily. She was hugely professional throughout my time with Connells to the point where knowing that she was involved with the sale actually encouraged my purchase, as I knew that it would be handled professionally. Could not recommend or praise Lily Creighton and her team enough. Thank you Lily for all your hard work on both occasions, am very grateful !
23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I popped into the Weymouth office today and was greeted by Lloyd Josling. As a former tenant through Fox & Sons, I needed some help obtaining a copy of an old tenancy agreement.<br><br>I wasn't sure whether they would still have documentation from sexen years ago on file, but they did. Lloyd was extremely helpful and had the documents sent over to me immediately.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Fox & Sons to both landlords and tenants. They have always handled matters professionally, and I've found their property management and record keeping to be very well organised. As a landlord or tenant, it's reassuring to know that important documentation is stored properly and can be accessed when needed.<br><br>Thanks again to Lloyd and the team for their help.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!

However, she was trustworthy and facilitated honest and open conversations throughout the process. Her professionalism and transparency stood out, and she is the only agent at Palmer Snell I would choose to do business with.
