I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
10th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

As an experienced Landlord of many years I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

They gave good advice and information which made for a smooth process. The service from the onset was professional and reassuring. We were updated promptly during each step of the process and their support throughout was consistent. Always available and responded promptly to any queries. For this we're immensely grateful. We would like to thank you both for your help in securing the property; your support throughout the process is truly appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Integra Estates to anyone buying/selling property or using their service again should the need arise. An outstanding agent and outstanding service. 1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I recently completed the sale of my property with Shakir at Lyss Homes, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the outset, Shakir was excellent. He advised us throughout the entire process and is clearly very knowledgeable about the market. We were exploring both a full sale and the shared ownership route, and his guidance across both options was invaluable. Ultimately, the sale went through via shared ownership, and his expertise in that space really showed. In an industry that can sometimes have a bad reputation and questionable tactics, Shakir is the complete opposite. He is honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the process, was always available to answer questions, and adapted the approach when needed. We reached the final stages of the sale on one occasion before the buyer pulled out at the last minute, which was understandably frustrating. However, Shakir remained positive and proactive throughout, helping us regroup and go again. It got quite nervy towards the end the second time around, but he was instrumental in keeping momentum and ultimately getting the deal over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shakir or Lyss Homes and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.
