20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)From start to finish, Pennington were fantastic and stress free.<br><br>The initial viewing with Robert was a pleasure, he was very informative and answered every question we had accurately.<br>We left the property after viewing and immediately felt like we were satisfied and happy.<br><br>Throughout the application process, Jemma was very patient and helpful. The platform Pennington uses is efficient, seamless and made reference checks and applying for the property effortless.<br><br>Once this was done, we had our move in date. We went to their office to pick up the keys, Joe was there to hand us our keys and answered any questions we had in a friendly and professional manner.<br>Clare introduced herself as our property manager and made us aware of a maintenance repair that was booked in at the building the property resides in ahead of time.<br><br>The whole experience was pleasant, effortless and the team at Pennington have been friendly and professional throughout.<br><br>Thanks.

23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
28th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.- 22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We recently sold our house through Lee, Kyrena and Rosie at TWGaze Wymondham. She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!

18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We had the absolute pleasure of working with Diogo as our mortgage advisor with William H Brown, and he has really helped every step of the way, with the promise (and clear intent) that he will continue until keys are in our hands.<br><br>Everything has been made to ensure that we are well informed, and in control of our movements. He has not even once tried to do a "typical sales move" and never once have we felt that he is just processing a commission, but it is clear dealing with our future and our interests.<br><br>Lovely genuine chap, who clearly works hard with the best intentions for us. Cannot recommend Diogo enough, what an asset to the Attleborough branch, and William H Brown as a whole. Thank you!
