From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

And certainly on one occasion we thought that’s it’s not going to happen but joannaof sowerbys after sale section kept things holding on with some extraordinary lateral thinking during a chase for missing contract.

When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!

Her communication was second to none she kept us informed every step of the way, was always proactive in providing updates, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. At what was often a very stressful time, knowing Charley was keeping everything moving and ensuring everyone was communicating made a huge difference.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.
