11th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. 15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

Her communication was great and was always friendly considering I was a nightmare client ?????? I would recommend this branch of abbotts again. Thank you for your hard work hard!!

28th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.
28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)My email name is a result of using my email account for work. My name is Catherine Clark and I decided to sell my cottage in Sheringham through Arnolds Keys. They were the agent when we bought the property 27 years ago and we have had an excellent relationship with the letting arm of their business, Keys Holidays for well over 20 years, hence deciding to use them when it came time to sell. They produced an excellent brochure and found us a buyer within a fortnight of putting the cottage on the market. I particularly like the fact that, no matter who I spoke to in the Sheringham office, everyone had detailed knowledge of our property and could answer any question I, or indeed our buyer, had. Paul Winterbourne phoned me every week with a progress report, which I really appreciated. From our first request for a valuation, Clive Hedges and Sue Hall were helpful, professional and very approachable and this helpful 'can do' attitude from the whole team has persisted throughout the selling process which culminates in completion next Tuesday. They even sent me a copy of the 360 degree tour which was part of the details on Rightmove. I was delighted by this because the link to the tour on Rightmove was no longer available when tge details were removed from the site. We would not hesitate to recommend Arnolds Keys in Sheringham. We've had a totally positive experience, for which we are sincerely grateful.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. She was down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about us as people, not just another sale. Unlike many estate agents who seemed focused solely on closing the deal, Angel took a personal approach and was honest, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process.<br>Nothing ever felt like a sales pitch. Her communication was excellent, and she always made us feel listened to and valued. Selling a home can be stressful, but Angel helped make the experience much smoother and more manageable.<br>She is a true asset to Grey & Toynbee, and we're incredibly grateful for all her hard work and support. 1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I knew as soon as I met Ryan, Yasmin and Eleanor that Millers were the agent to help me sell my house and I wasn't wrong. They supported me to navigate a number of challenges along the way and did so with lots of care and patience. Even taking calls out of hours! Their warm and friendly approach meant that I could trust them from day one. I would 100% recommend Millers and I'd use them again without any hesitation at all. This is what estate agency should be like.
