To follow on I have multiple dealings with Charlotte and Chelsea in helping to get my property on the market in a very quick time frame. The whole team are so kind and professional I can not recommend them enough!!<br>Thank you so much for all your help so far ladies!

From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer. I never truly understood the importance of having the right estate agent as everyone looks on Rightmove, however now I can see that a credible estate agent gets the right people through the door which beats just having a number of people viewing and the after offer support to ensure that everything ran smoothly has been brilliant. Highly recommend Grant Allen Estate Agents if you are considering moving! ??????????????????
23rd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

I could not give enough thanks to Zuhre Zavanna who throughout the whole process was knowledgeable as was able to help with any questions or issues we had. She was just so friendly, nice and an overall great person. She is incredible! Could not recommend E&S anymore!

30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)In a nutshell (in case you're in a rush) we bought a home where Hamilton Piers were the managing estate agents, and they were so good that I had serious estate agent envy.<br><br>I honestly wish we'd chosen them to sell our own home.<br><br>From day one, the experience was a joy. Jade, Jenna and Sarah were not only professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, but also genuinely engaging, compassionate and have great senses of humour. They made us feel like actual people rather than just another sales commission or invoice number.<br><br>Having worked with a few estate agents now, I'd lost faith in the industry. More than once I've been charmed at the start, only to find myself constantly chasing updates after signing up, feeling dismissed and embarrassed that I'd fallen for the sales patter. Hamilton Piers completely restored that faith. Their commitment never wavered.<br><br>Every query was dealt with promptly, and Sarah, their Sales Progression Manager, became someone I spoke to every week. She kept us informed at every stage of the process, not only updating us on the progress of the move but also checking in to see how we were doing and offering help wherever she could.<br><br>The purchase wasn't entirely smooth sailing due to some complications with safety paperwork (nothing to do with the estate agents), but it was handled with extraordinary patience, professionalism and diplomacy. At every stage, we were confident that we were in safe hands.<br><br>We have no plans to move again any time soon, but if we ever do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamilton Piers. 18th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.
