19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Had a really positive experience with Gower Dawes Estate Agents. After visiting several agencies, this was the only place where I genuinely felt treated as a person rather than just another applicant. Jo was kind, patient, and very understanding, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the viewing, even though I arrived unexpectedly. They both took the time to listen, answer questions, and offer useful advice, which made a big difference. Moving after many years is stressful, but I left feeling much more reassured and positive about the whole process. Even though we didn’t go ahead with the property this time, I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them.
30th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Ryan was very helpful and kept us updated as things developed. He guided us to put our property on to the market at a realistic price. Within 3 weeks we had 6 viewings and an acceptable offer. Michael was also instrumental in achieving the offer we have accepted.
23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

From start to finish they’ve been incredible, we couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you to everyone in the team, your expert guidance, patience and kindness throughout our sale were so appreciated. We can safely say after using 3 other local estate agents in the past, you are head and shoulders above the rest!
19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We used Elliot and smith to put our first little home on the market. From the moment they visited and gave a valuation they have been brilliant. They are not unrealistic like some estate agents and they was always at the other end of the phone. Julie, Steve Dan & Zuhre have dealt with our sale so well and was making sure the process was quick and efficient. When there was times of uncertainty in our chain they were so reassuring and supported us in our decisions, in making sure they was the right ones.They really are an incredible bunch of people and so kind and down to earth who have now become good friends of ours. Would ALWAYS highly recommend E&S , they are an absolute credit to the “ Rayleigh estate agent scene” who put in so many hours in the day to make sure their clients receive the best service. Hopefully we don’t have to move again, but if we do, we will without a doubt use Elliot & Smith. Amazing!

20th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Wayne's help, and we were very happy with the service provided. ParaBar clearly have in-depth knowledge of the local market, and this led to our house selling quickly and for more than other agents had indicated. Wayne in particular was excellent - he was always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. It was our first time selling and he carefully guided us through the process, even doing all he could to help us secure our onward purchase. Wayne was easy to contact when needed, but also gave us regular updates and advice throughout. Overall an excellent experience, and a much better one that we had anticipated. We'd easily recommend Wayne and ParaBar to anyone looking to buy or sell in Billericay.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have had the most exceptional customer service from the property specialists, from the moment we first enquired about our property, through the viewing process, and now as tenants receiving ongoing support from them. Fiona, Jay and David have been absolutely amazing — extremely helpful with every issue or enquiry we’ve had, and always so friendly, kind, and professional and very quick to resolve things as well !! I’ve rented many properties over the years, and I can honestly say these are the best agents I’ve ever dealt with. They have a genuinely welcoming open-door policy, and everyone in the office has been smiling, approachable, and helpful every time we’ve visited. Highly recommended!

They quickly found tenants for our house and all of them were reliable and responsible. Any minor issues were dealt with by the members of the ET team effectively. We would recommend them and thank them for their services.

11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I chose Amos Estate Agents as they are so involved in the community in Hockley. They genuinely care. Selling through them was a pleasure. They answered all questions promptly and with care. They chased whenever I asked and were an amazing conduit between myself and the buyers. Please consider Amos if you are thinking of selling. The whole team are caring, polite and courteous. They showed enthusiasm when conducting viewings of my home, which had various offers within 2 weeks of being on the market. The photographs taken were so professional.

Josh was great with viewings and answering any key questions I had, allowing my large family to visit on multiple occasions. Debbie is honestly the most helpful and kind professional, she kept me regularly updated on the process, chased on weekly/daily basis and ensured exchange and completion occurred around the chain's busy schedules. Thank you team, you have been amazing and I will be sure to use you, should I ever move again

From the first viewing to completion, everyone was friendly, professional and easy to deal with.<br>Archie showed us around the flat and was absolutely lovely. He gave us plenty of time to look around, never rushed us, and was happy to answer any questions we had. He made the viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable.<br>Charlotte and her team were brilliant throughout the whole process. They kept things moving, kept us updated, and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Buying a property can be stressful, but they made it feel so much easier.<br>I’d happily recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
