ParaBar clearly have in-depth knowledge of the local market, and this led to our house selling quickly and for more than other agents had indicated. Wayne in particular was excellent - he was always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. It was our first time selling and he carefully guided us through the process, even doing all he could to help us secure our onward purchase. Wayne was easy to contact when needed, but also gave us regular updates and advice throughout. Overall an excellent experience, and a much better one that we had anticipated. We'd easily recommend Wayne and ParaBar to anyone looking to buy or sell in Billericay.
5th May 2026 (4 days ago)When buying the house 5 years ago. We had problems with the solicitors they recommended. They said it would make the process easier as they would talk to each other without our input. They did not talk to each other and we had to do they run around 1 day before completion. We also purchased the house lifetime mortgage advisor service they offered. This year when changing providers came up, we were told to pay £99 admin fee for the mortgage brokering fee even though we had paid £499 for the lifetime broker offer. And again, there were miscommunication between broker and solicitor as the lump sum we were using on down payment was not told to the solicitor it was a gift. Meaning we were charged extra to overpay our existing mortgage provider the lump sum so we didn’t miss the completion date. I would strongly advise going elsewhere for mortgage deals and solicitors as we had very bad experiences with both.- 1st Dec 2025 (23 weeks ago)I had Sue as our agent I must say she is the best agent I have ever worked with.Very knowledgable,timely very clear information.Made the process from viewing to move in very swift and seamless.Highly recommend!

Darren was spot on for the valuation and Lucy kept me proactively up to date throughout the process, including when a buyer unexpectedly pulled out, after which they gave maximum effort to secure another. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again although I hope we won't be moving for a while!- 21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)No issues at all. 8th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.

From the initial contact, they arranged and carried out all the viewings too, which was an absolute godsend to us! SJ Warren have been extremely polite, and courteous and always answered any queries we may have had. We would not hesitate in recommending these agents for a property sale.
