The whole team were professional, helpful and supportive throughout what can be quite a stressful process.<br>A special thank you to Nicola, Adam, Adrienne and Liz for all their hard work and for keeping everything moving along. They were friendly, approachable and always happy to help whenever I had questions or needed an update.<br>I really appreciated their communication and professionalism from start to finish, and I’m very pleased with the service I received.<br>I would happily recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone looking to sell their property. 27th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

2nd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Outstanding experience and a delight to have dealt with from start to finish.<br><br>Everyone in the team, in particular Vicky, was extremely friendly, polite (and patient with us!) and they went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home in Coggeshall.<br><br>It was a complicated process buying a Grade II house with lots of unexpected moments but Heritage held our hand through the whole process and we couldn't be more impressed.<br>If we ever do sell the house... we wouldn't consider anyone else. Thoroughly recommended!

8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.
