There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. I would highly recommend this Estate agent to anyone considering selling their home. 5 star plus, well done and thank you.

Sometimes with house moves things can get frustrating but your communication was second to none and we. Very much appreciated that throughout the transaction. This is how I would expect estate agents should be!

14th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Nicola scheduled a viewing with me at 3:30pm for Feb 27th. She proposed the time, which I confirmed on the day prior. I waited at the property for 30 minutes, but she never arrived and made no attempt to contact me to apologize and reschedule. I've since found a property using a different company.- 1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I had Sue as our agent I must say she is the best agent I have ever worked with.Very knowledgable,timely very clear information.Made the process from viewing to move in very swift and seamless.Highly recommend!

6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We recently sold our house through Property Specialists. They are an independent estate agent in Billericay and are absolutely second to none. Jay, who we dealt with, was great. So professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He was constantly in touch with our solicitor and our buyers solicitor to chase and then informed us of progress. David, the boss was also very instrumental in our sale. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your house in Billericay I can honestly say look no further then Property Specialists. We also used Paul Robinson to act for us as they were recommended by Prooerty Specialists. Again what a great recommendation. Thank you Jay and David. Linda & John

8th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.

My experience with TuckerGardner has been a masterclass in property management failure at every level, from junior staff to senior management: *Operational Negligence:* Checkouts were poorly executed and incomplete, leaving me to deal with unresolved issues leading to urgent repairs that had to be carried out long after the previous tenancy ended, with no funds left aside to cover them. *Zero Communication:* Simple emails went unanswered for weeks at a time. I had to constantly chase them for basic updates that should have been provided proactively. **Shockingly, it was only when I threatened to escalate the matter to the Property Ombudsman that I finally received a response.** *Exorbitant Costs:* Their fees are unjustified compared to the "service delivered". I have since moved to a local agent for a management fee that is nearly 40% lower. The lack of accountability and technical follow-up is unacceptable for a "premium" agency. Do not trust them with your property!!!

3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)S. J. Warren is the most professional, communicative and hardworking estate agents we've ever dealt with and is, without doubt, one we shall continue to highly recommend. The sale of our house went through exceptionally fast and we thank them for making the whole process exciting and stress-free. From what we understand from others who are going through a nightmare/stressful process with other estate agents, our experience with SJ Warren was totally the opposite. In fact, we kind of miss the almost daily interaction with Lorraine, Lucy and Simon who made it so bearable. Thank you.
