17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Awful experience with Reades , we completed an application for a tenancy and heard nothing back , chased again after a week to be told the forms were lost, we had to do it again, we still didn’t hear I called the next day to then be told we will call you back. I was then emailed that afternoon to be told , you can’t have the property they won’t allow a dog!!!<br>I then emailed again a couple of weeks ago about another rental but no response !! Thankfully we have now found somewhere with another company with much higher standard of customer service ! Avoid this place

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would recommend Reid & Roberts to anyone looking to sell their home. I sold through the Holywell branch, and the team there are excellent - professional, communication is prompt, and their marketing materials are top notch.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

Great service from Beth and Sammie. Excellent communication and constantly updating us what to do next. Thanks again to Keystone's, we couldn't have wanted a better Estate agent.

They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.

Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again.
