16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
24th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)First time in 20yrs moving house ..the process was brilliant and virtually stress free ..the girls at the alcester branch helped with all of our demands and where very helpful and easy to deal with...would definitely recommend to use ...if we decide to sell again we will definitely use this estate agent again ...so thanks again to the girls at the alcester branch...

28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We were impressed with their marketing and advertising. The images were professional and of good quality. It was fairly easy to contact them when needed and we were not waiting long to hear back from them. Our house sold in 2 months, there is still a long way to go with conveyancing however, so far satisfied with their service.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We knew that Abbey Properties was very local and an independent agent. We received a very good, personal service, quick response to contacts and very pro-active in supporting the process to hold the whole chain together.
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Cherry Picked. Their team were a pleasure to work with.
20th May 2024 (1 year ago)Over the course of a few weeks I emailed and messaged via Right Move KJT a number of times. 99% of time I gained nil response unless I rung them. Then I found a Park Home I liked, placed an offer and was accepted. But the response level remained dire. They did all but say a survey on a Park Home was pointless. But, I ignored their guidance and went ahead. THANK GOD. The survey revealed the vendor had lied, the unit was 1970s not 1980s. He had used UPVC cladding to mask the crumbling walls. A window leaked and had rotted the floor boards. The unit had insufficient central supports underneath and held a colony of bats. The report went on further and concluded this was a substandard unit and not to purchase. I didn't and advised KJT Coleford of all this. Aside from acknowledgement of my withdrawal, they showed zero interest in the report. Now they have permitted the vendor to relist the unit, still describe it as 'modernised'. Their professionalism is appalling and their ethics debatable. The park home social media groups members I belong too are horrified at the saga and its gone viral within the community. I'd never trust KJT or recommend them.

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.

Renting a new place can be pretty stressful, especially when you’re juggling everything that comes with moving, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. He was always clear, detailed, and patient with every question I had (and I had quite a few!). Nothing ever felt rushed, and he handled everything with real professionalism and calmness, which I really appreciated during such a hectic time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and supporting you properly through the process. I’ll definitely be recommending him by word of mouth, but I also felt the company and Kurt deserved proper recognition here. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended.
