1st Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Arikson was great to work with when we made our initial offer but once we were passed to the sales progression team things became much more difficult. They were continuously saying things like ‘yep will get right on that’ and then ignoring me for a month.
24th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)????? Excellent service from Cedar Estate I’m really pleased with the service I received from Cedar Estate, who successfully found a tenant for my property. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

They recently sold my flat in Hackney and I was really impressed with how they managed the process from start to finish. They are a great team of people and a real pleasure to deal with.

Lee and Richard have been brilliant in every way, providing incredible support whether I was buying or selling. Over the years, they have become more like friends than people I just do business with. There are plenty of cowboy estate agencies in Woodford. In fact, if you go just across the road from Abode and up the green, you’ll find a certain 'Bent Nose' outfit that are unprofessional and treated my property purchase a couple of years earlier like a joke. If you want honest, straight forward and professional estate agents you can truly trust, look no further than Abode

Andy was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. His knowledge of the local market was clear, and he provided honest, practical advice that made a real difference. Due to his hard work and determination, we managed to sell our house in a very unstable market, which we are extremely grateful for. Even though the buyers were difficult at times, Andy put real effort into dealing with them and guided both them and us through the process, which helped keep everything moving smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy and the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A genuinely reliable and efficient service.

He understood what we were looking for and showed us the best properties within our budget and requirements. Once our offer was accepted and the process started, Joshua helped us navigate the very daunting process of buying as an FTB.<br><br>If you are an FTB as well, look no further. Ask for Joshua at the Foxtons Wapping Office!
12th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.
