11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

19th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)My experience with Latimer was alarming and left me feeling intimidated and unsafe. Communication was aggressive and hostile, and I was spoken to in a way I consider insulting, demeaning, and professionally unacceptable. The level of pressure and intimidation I experienced was so severe that I needed mental health support afterwards.<br><br>They attempted to keep my deposit using claims I dispute as untrue and unsupported by evidence. When I asked for everything to be handled properly through the formal deposit protection process (where the deposit is registered), they still obstructed and did not engage in a straightforward, evidence-based resolution. Instead, it felt like pressure and bargaining to make me accept deductions.<br><br>If you have paid rent in advance, be extremely cautious. Despite money already being paid, I was still told I “owed” the landlord. I was also given information about what I could and couldn’t do to escalate, and what “regulators say”, which did not match what I later found when checking official guidance myself — and it felt like this was being used to discourage formal escalation.<br><br>I escalated because this conduct cannot be ignored — they have to be dealt with through formal processes.<br><br>If you rent through Latimer, protect yourself: keep everything in writing, save every message, log every interaction, take dated photos/videos, keep inventories and receipts, and insist that any claim against your deposit is proven through the scheme’s formal dispute route. Based on my experience, the way this was handled fell far below what any tenant should have to tolerate.

After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
10th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Terrible communication, we waited over a year for a repair, another time a random person was sent and not a professional to deal with infestation, or they ordered a new oven without even checking the size so when it arrived it wouldn't fit.. I'm so glad the landlord finally decided to cancel the contract with them.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
14th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall). Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home. Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.

18th May 2025 (1 year ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.
12th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
