He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!
3rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I recently booked the "Waterloo" meeting room at Regus Hanover Square for a professional client meeting, and the experience was deeply disappointing. For the premium price point Regus charges, the basic facilities were completely inadequate.<br><br>The meeting room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot for the duration of our session. This was compounded by the state of the restrooms, which were in an outrageous condition—filthy, with wall frames lying on the floor and generally disgusting. To make matters worse, the WiFi was patchy and unreliable, hindering our ability to work effectively.<br><br>It was embarrassing to have my colleagues complain about the environment I had selected, reflecting poorly on my judgment. Given the high cost of renting this space, I expected a professional, clean, and functional environment. Instead, we received substandard service and facilities. I cannot recommend this location until these fundamental issues regarding cleanliness, climate control, and connectivity are resolved.<br><br>The customer support did nothing and had done nothing since then. Regrettable.

13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.
