Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !
19th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)The staff at Douglas Allen are lovely, but sadly, I didn't have one viewing. I do feel that after they advertised on line, they just waited for the phone to ring. Having said that, it is currently a difficult market. Perhaps my valuation exceeded customers expectations??? But on the grounds of the company being very approachable and friendly, I would recommend them.

2nd Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have found that I am not contacted for weeks. I have also had two viewing appointments arranged only for the first people not to turn up and the second arranged for a Friday and then I heard no more. I also had an appointment arranged for a viewing of a flat, but waited 40 minutes and he did not turn up.

18th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)5 months in rent arrears and counting. We were advised that by the end of April 2026 our account would be brought up to date. Since then, our emails, calls, texts have all gone unanswered. How can we, as landlords come together, to get this situation resolved?
