8th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!
24th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I would really recommend Reside, they have been so helpful and supportive, in particular Vicky in the office who has gone above and beyond in progressing the sale of my house. It’s a real find to find an honest lovely estate agent with such a super helpful team!

30th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointing experience with MAS Property. Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.
3rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We chose Ellis & Co Kenton as the agency for our first rented property. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Within three months of moving in, several maintenance issues began to arise. Although one or two minor issues were addressed, many others remained unresolved despite repeated requests. Some repairs were promised within a week of moving in, but even after a full year, they were never completed. When it came time to renew the tenancy, the agency wanted to increase the rent. We agreed to the increase on the condition that the outstanding maintenance issues would finally be resolved. Instead, we were informed that the landlord wanted the property back for renovation and were given notice to leave. While I understand that landlords have the right to regain possession of their property, being asked to leave after only one year was extremely stressful for my wife and me. We had settled into the property and invested in furniture, expecting to stay much longer. Having to search for a new home during Ramadan while fasting was particularly difficult. As both of us work full-time during the week, we only had weekends available to view properties. The sudden need to find a new home, move out, and settle elsewhere caused significant stress and emotional distress. My wife's health was affected by the situation and she continues to experience issues related to the stress it caused. We repeatedly asked the agency to discuss our concerns with the landlord, but we felt that they consistently sided with the landlord and provided very little support to us as tenants. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we did not feel valued or supported as tenants.

19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect.
