Many thanks, Emma and Branocs Estate .- 4th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)We used Hamilton Piers in Springfield. I gave 4 stars because I thought the communication between the sales team could have been a bit better when doing tge viewings. Having said that we were overall happy and would recommend them. I give Sarah in Sales Progression 5 stars because she was brilliant, she always called me back when I had a query or needed an update.

I had called on SEVERAL occasions over the course of 2 weeks being promised a call back on a property but the woman dealing with it was off sick !!!! . NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NO CALL BACK. AT ALL . When I eventually rang again for the 5th time chasing it , I was told the property was now LET . How very convenient and that that person had viewed it and taken it on .. funny as I wasn’t able to even view it apparently but this person obviously was .. ,shoddy as hell and completely biased and Unprofessional . Shady business dealing that ????

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. His customer service & attention to detail are second to none. He goes above & beyond in everything he deals with & it truly shows. 10/10!
21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)I experienced extremely disappointing service from Richard and his team during our recent purchase, and the contrast with our current agent has been stark. On more than one occasion, Richard stated that he “works for the seller, not the buyer.” While I fully understand who instructs and pays the agent, such comments came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A competent agent should manage the transaction professionally for all parties and ensure the process is handled with care through to completion. We ultimately withdrew after discovering the property was of non-standard construction, something that was not disclosed to us. This oversight cost me nearly £500 in fees, not to mention wasted time and significant inconvenience. It is concerning that an agent marketing a property was unaware of such a fundamental detail. Once our offer was accepted, communication deteriorated noticeably. Calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, and when I raised this, the explanation given was that they were short staffed and someone else had been asked to respond on his behalf. This demonstrated a clear lack of ownership, accountability and professionalism. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect.

She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. Our exchange would not have happened when it did if she hadn’t been as driven as she is and got this across the line. She honestly deserve a pay rise/ promotion and I would absolute recommend anyone to try and have her as their sales progressor. Thank you so much Amy.
