11th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!
13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nesbits have been exceptional throughout the buying process. Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!

Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.
23rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I wanted to leave a specific review for Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh, as his support throughout my transaction was exceptional - even though Eastleigh were not the primary branch I was selling with.<br><br>In all honesty, he went above and beyond took real ownership of the process, and consistently stepped in to keep things moving when it mattered most.<br><br>His communication was excellent - regular updates, quick responses, and a genuine effort to keep everything on track. What really stood out was his willingness to chase progress, and resolve issues, despite not being directly responsible for my case.<br><br>His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment did not go unnoticed, and he made a stressful process significantly easier to manage.<br><br>I would highly recommend Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh to anyone looking for an estate agent who is proactive, supportive, and truly invested in delivering a great service.

23rd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We’ve been tenant with Aspire for 5 years. They were helpful with settling in when we came in UK. Kulbir helped us with end of tenancy with the landlord and we were able to get a fair amount of our deposit back. Will definitely recommend.

19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Poor at communicating - I had to ask for data from right move. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
