The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. 3rd Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Abhishek at Beacons. Had a viewing and expressed my interest immediately and was told I would have to have another viewing with the landlord present. I was very eager to put down a holding deposit as I had had extreme trouble finding a new home and was practically homeless (Abhishek was aware of this) but I was told that I could not put down a holding deposit because if the landlord didn't like me then they would have to refund me and 'the accountant won't like it.' I emailed and called multiple times, providing Abhishek with a list of dates I could meet with the landlord and was told he would be back to me. I would rind him on the morning of each date just to be told the landlord was busy and for the final date I never heard a single thing from him. I was then told that the landlord was going on holiday and would meet me when they returned but was refused the knowledge of when the landlord would be back! I left a fair few emails and voicemails over the coming week with absolutely no response. I called and was finally answered by a rude woman saying that I has rung to enquire about *address* for her to respond 'so?' before saying 'yeah well it's already been let anyways.' For a company who claims to have a 'solid reputation and strong links with the local community' their service is shocking and I would NOT RECOMMEND.

2nd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
