She was always available at whatever time (frequent 10pm email conversations!) and even when she was abroad for a few days when we completed. We had a very complicated purchase during which Sara communicated with solicitors, other estate agents, vendors living abroad, and our purchasers to make everything happen with a great deal of tact and common sense. Our purchase and sale would not have happened without her.
28th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)I asked Le Grys to sell my house and was delighted with the service from start to finish. Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

17th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Going to see multiple properties is always a nightmare but meeting Jenni at Northwood I was able to have an experience that made the process so smooth I’ve never had from other agents or estate agents so having Jenni doing the process in the way I understood was just perfect.
23rd Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)???? AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. MORE RED FLAGS THAN CHINA. ???????? ???? I specifically asked Wayne if the property we were looking at had damp, which he said it did not. I have since learned that the flat was already a subject to a case with the Environmental Health (and so is once again). Wayne had no qualms lying to me about this, knowing I am Autistic and was specifically moving out of a property due to damp, costing me thousands to be in the same situation. **Further to your reply- That is also a lie. We can all see there is another one star review on here. This just reaffirms the fact that you are comfortable with lying, despite the clear and present facts on display in the photos. The public can decide for themselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ????????????????????????
