They don’t have any reason to keep my deposit, landlord has accepted 1 month ago that was no problem with the property and they are not giving my deposit back! After 3 years with this agency they didn’t care about us, luckily the landlord was next door to sort out the problems!

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Review After 2.5 Years – Including Hamilton & Jamie<br><br>I have lived in this house for two and a half years, and my experience has been outstanding. The property has been comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and convenient area, making it a wonderful place to call home.<br><br>I would like to give special appreciation to Hamilton, the letting agent, for consistently professional and friendly support. Agent has always been quick to respond, clear in communication, and helpful with any questions or maintenance requests throughout my tenancy. Their approachable attitude made everything easier.<br><br>I also want to acknowledge Jamie, the Lettings Manager, whose guidance and support have been equally excellent. Jamie ensured that the entire rental process—from move-in to ongoing tenancy—was smooth, transparent, and well?managed. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly reassuring.<br><br>Overall, this has been one of my best rental experiences. I am genuinely grateful to both Hamilton and Jamie for their excellent service, and I would highly recommend this property and the agency to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed home.<br><br>The property maintenance has been extremely good throughout my tenancy. Whenever an issue was reported, it was usually resolved by the very next day, especially when the property was managed directly by the agent. Their quick response and efficiency made living here much more comfortable and stress?free.<br><br>It would be really helpful if the property continues to be managed well so that there are no unexpected deductions from the deposit at the end of the tenancy, other than the standard professional cleaning. Clear communication and regular maintenance throughout the tenancy make the checkout process fair, smooth, and transparent for everyone.
6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I've just completed on my purchase in Hadley Wood and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria at Statons for all her help throughout the process. From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.

17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Highly recommended - friendly, honest, responsive and professional. Having rented in London for over a decade, I know how hard it is to find a good lettings agency and Russell and Tamara at DM &Co really stand out from the crowd. From my first contact they were very professional and friendly. When a landlord refused our tenancy application on a first property due to my needing a guarantor, they were empathetic and compassionate and really fought our corner. They were even happy to give us advice later as we continued our search and came up against some less scrupulous agencies. When a second suitable property came up, Russell remembered us and contacted us straightaway for a viewing and as a result we now have a lovely new rental property to call home. Unlike a lot of agents I have had to deal with, they are extremely transparent, and were happy to answer any questions we had regarding the tenancy agreement, deposits etc. I have encountered plenty of estate agencies who either don't bother to update their knowledge appropriately, or who will try to keep you in the dark just to see what they can get away with. At DM & Co there is none of this, just an honest, professional approach from a small, local team who obviously know the area well. We have been in our new property for nearly three months now and so far everything has gone off without a hitch - they are very responsive and helpful when communicating with our landlady regarding any queries we have, anything that has gone wrong in the property or anything else we have needed so far. So a big thank you to Russell and Tamara - if only more agencies were like you. Update (December 2025): after 5 years renting our much-loved property in Northolt, we have now moved on. The check out process went really smoothly and DM&Co were very human and flexible when we weren't quite sure of the timeline for moving out. Thank you both for your hard work and efficiency over the past 5 years - communication has always been great and it has been a pleasure to deal with you.

From our very first conversation, they were friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient — no question was ever too small, and they took the time to explain every step clearly. Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. Can't really recommend enough! Thanks Tim.

I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.

6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not very kind of you to delete my review. Guess I’ll just have to say it again. Everyone is entitled to tell the truth aren’t they Andy? I would appreciate it if you could not delete it this time. I honestly don't even know where to begin with this Man. If you listen to any of these reviews listen to this one. I've spent two years renting a property from 'Davis and partners' they have left me in there for 6 months with no boiler/heating. Black mould everywhere to the point l've had to get an inhaler and steroids. Told me the plumbing and pipe work was not his problem thus causing my bath to fill up everytime I shower and does not drain for two days. About a year ago the upstairs neighbours had a leak it came through my ceiling, going into all of my electrics. Andy told me I was '1000%' safe? And it was just an egg cup full of water! His solution to this mess, was sending a contractor' who stuck the sewage filled wallpaper back to my ceiling and painted over it. Not only this but he also stood on my Hob and cracked it down the middle. Most recently we're talking just a few days here, my upstairs neighbour drained her bath and the entire thing came through my ceiling in the hallway and bathroom. The lights have filled up with water causing my electricity to trip and his response was there is nothing he can do I have to sort it myself. This man is a disgrace and has no problem whatsoever leaving people to live in dire conditions but he has no problem renovating his new office and bragging about it online. He also failed to tell me for two years my rent has been going into the wrong account and when I said I felt extremely uncomfortable with this, his response to me was "okay Casey I'm just simply asking you to pay the rent into the correct account?" I'm just struggling to understand why and how this was not mentioned two years ago? Furthermore, on the 18th of December I emailed Andy with a list of repairs, I then received an eviction notice Dated the same day. I would Recommend not using this estate agent if you would not like to be scammed and left to live in conditions no person should live in. My upstairs neighbour has two very small children and I think it's a disgrace to leave them in such danger. This poor excuse of an estate agent will not help you nor does he care to. No human should be left to live in the conditions this man has no issue leaving people in.
13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.

If we have ever had any issues they have been dealt with immediately, the process of acquiring the property was straight forward and the house checks have always been organised in advance. I highly recommend Andrea & Co and Kate
