The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. Go at your own risk to this shoddy business!!!!
14th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!

Dilraj leads a incredible team, all the staff have been so helpful and supportive, they go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

He has been incredibly helpful and responsive, as well as being friendly and patient. Again, highly recommend!- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

10th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agents to sell our property. They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)It’s bad services and the agency through landlord is not good , after renting the house then they did it give good services and not talk to clearly, also the 32,lower road HA2 0Da landlord is not speak to politely and when you need the actual landlord need they do not help during some paper work like references.

From the very beginning I found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, and helpful person, who did everything he could to help me sell my property, making sure I understood the landscape and was making prudent decisions, even when this was counter to the business's interests. Very glad to have found them.
