8th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

When things got a bit delayed with the solicitors, max the one who was dealing with my property had stepped in to chase everything up. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very lovely staff.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I would leave 0 stars if I could.<br>We viewed a property on 8th September and took the time to complete an application, but never received an update on the outcome. I chased this up and was told they were still waiting to hear back from the landlord. Since then, we have heard absolutely nothing.<br>As of 8th October, we have still not been informed of the outcome. We can only assume our application was unsuccessful, which is absolutely fine, but the least you expect is to be told rather than being left completely in the dark.<br>It is really disappointing to spend time viewing a property, completing an application and then chasing for an update, only to receive no communication whatsoever. A simple message to let us know the outcome would have been basic courtesy and professionalism.<br>Unfortunately, this experience has left us really disappointed with Alan Slater Estate Agents, and I would not recommend them based on the lack of communication- 6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)From the first moment I found the property online and contacted them, everything was smooth. 17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Don’t usually leave reviews but I rang about multiple agencies before this one I spoke to a lad named Hassan I believe and he was very well mannered and easy to speak to and also rang before and spoke to another bloke called jamyat who was also very welcoming.don’t hesitate to give them a try very friendly and helpful!

Really impressed with how much they get organised not just for me as a buyer, but working between my solicitors and the sellers they got it done!<br>Cheers lads!

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
