Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . I would recommend this estate agents .
31st May 2024 (1 year ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
19th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)We did not sell, we have taken it off the market. We were expected to hold our own viewings and didn't get much follow up outside once they happened.
5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.
20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.
21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)They only manage to get one viewing and said that there are a lot of flats for sale. When valuing the flat they gave very different speech. I would not recommend them.

Jack and Courtney were very approachable and professional and even got us more than we were asking for! Highly recommend Beercocks. We would definitely use them again.
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

They have always been incredibly responsive, attentive, and supportive whenever we needed anything. Their communication is timely, clear, and genuinely caring, which makes a real difference. Sam, Joanna, and the team are very professional and disciplined in their work, and also genuinely warm and solution-oriented. Every interaction has been positive; they bring a sense of ease and trust that is rare to find. Thank you, Sam, Joanna and team, you are truly amazing!
9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.
30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.
21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)They put sold on my property which they haven’t even sold giving absolutely false statements they valued the property at £240,000 bringing it down to £200,000 and wanted me to lower the price even more to around £150,000 totally unacceptable.
