We were particularly pleased with the approach and help from Jack Frendo who assisted us from the initial viewing through to settling in and help with accessing and interfacing with the landlord. He was always on top of things and quick to follow up when needed. Communication was really good throughout the process – Ben kept us updated regularly and was always easy to get hold of if we had questions. We really appreciated his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Ryan from Wards was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when he visited the property, listened and offered good advice, particularly as I had a slightly complex and unusual ownership and legal situation. At the same time he was not pressuring and when I was ready, I felt confident in instructing Wards as the selling agent. I was always kept informed of the progress throughout marketing and was very pleased with the result they achieved. Barry was also very helpful, progressing the sale through the conveyancing process, overcoming some legal hurdles at the same time. I recommend this agency. Thank you to Brendon and the entire team.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

I was extremely disappointed at the after care and no update regarding my sale. I didn't get a single viewer. I kept my home for 2 months with Footprints hoping I would get a viewer. I am glad I didn't have a contract because I changed and got 2 views in less than week.
