6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!

19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Just moved with Robinson and Jackson and Kevin and his team were brilliant from beginning to end. Kept up to date the whole way through and sold our house straight away. Andrea and Margaret the progress team were also brilliant at keeping me up to date especially near the very end when you feel a bit stressed.

Arranging surveys with the sellers directly for us, keeping us informed of everything via telephone rather than snail mail like "some" people.<br>From the viewing with Katy to updates from Emma and Victoria it always made my day hearing from them as it was always progreession news.<br>5 stars everyday.

Thank you.- 17th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Had to write a review (even though it maybe a couple months late) praising how helpful the staff have been throughout the whole process. With me and my fiancé being first time buyers it was an extremely daunting task and without a doubt was far from a smooth experience. However the reason we currently get to sit down together in our living room is all thanks to the incredibly hard work the staff at Wards put into our purchase. First I would like to thank Monika for helping with our viewings and advising us through the initial steps alongside Lauren for still answering the phone happily following my 20th call each week to keep me updated. But for me most of all I would like to give a gigantic amount of praise to Emma, I whole heartedly believe we would not be in this house without her. She accepted every call I made even if it was multiple during the day with such a warm and helpful attitude. I truly felt like she was fighting to get us into this house and treated the purchase as if it was her own. She fought tooth and nail to get us the answers and deadlines that felt like would never come.<br><br>I can not express enough how amazing wards are and would recommend anyone who wants to feel fully supported through either a purchase or a sale to go ahead with the lovely Wards team in Snodland.

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)1 STAR – VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE<br><br>I contacted Wards Broadstairs regarding a £1,550 per month apartment at Gallery Walk in Margate. I was genuinely interested in the property and simply wanted to ask a few questions before deciding whether to arrange a viewing.<br><br>Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to by the member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel as though I was wasting her time simply by asking questions. I was told that I would need to earn approximately £47,000 per year to qualify. I explained that my income is around £45,000 and asked whether there were any alternative options, such as a guarantor, but there seemed to be absolutely no willingness to discuss this.<br><br>I completely understand that letting agents have affordability criteria and checks to follow. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the attitude and lack of basic customer service.<br><br>I am a local resident and a business owner with two businesses in Margate, and I was genuinely looking to rent locally. With rental properties sitting empty because of high asking prices, I would expect an estate agent to at least speak to potential tenants respectfully and professionally.<br><br>A few simple questions should not feel like an interrogation.<br><br>Very disappointing experience with Wards Broadstairs. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should be treated with respect even when they may not immediately meet a particular affordability calculation.

We have always been kept in the loop when it came to viewings and found the feedback very useful. We have found all members of staff very helpful but David in particular has been our main contact during our sales. He is clearly knowledgeable and his advice has always been on point.- 15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)The team at wards chatham were amazing. He gave us confidence that the property would sell. Matt followed up after our meeting to see how things were going. After choosing Hunters’s to market the property communication has been great and all emails have been responded too. Happy we chose hunters.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. 3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Freeman and Gray helped me sell my house. My agent was Jason Brookman. Jason is a very seasoned estate agent. He is highly efficient, friendly and very helpful. He found me a buyer and throughout the conveyancing period updated me on a regular basis and whenever necessary. I found him very honest and trustworthy; always had time to speak with me and discuss certain difficult issues which came up with the sale. He was also instrumental in my negotiations with my buyer. I honestly think that without him this sale would not have happened. I also wish to add that through the process I got to know him as a friend.<br>Thanks Jason
