8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.
13th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

From start to finish, he was so helpful, professional and got the best result. Communication was always excellent and always helped to make each step as smooth as possible-thank you!
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Do not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.
