9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding. I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.
12th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was a tenant in a Kubie Gold flat for two years, and they were - easily - the most responsive, respectful, and most pleasant agents I've ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in dealing with them in future, and neither should you.

He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both Imran and Marble Sales to anyone looking for a new home!

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
