To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I cannot thank the Wards team for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Following the sudden loss of a loved one, selling the house was emotionally very challenging, especially for her elderly parents. Throughout the entire process, Wards went far beyond what would normally be expected. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely caring at every stage.
