It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done! From the very first meeting, they were different to other estate agents we’d encountered; extremely reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and completely reassuring. Selling a house can be stressful, but they handled everything with confidence and clarity, keeping us informed at every stage. The marketing was excellent, the communication was consistent, and they worked incredibly hard to secure a great sale for us. At the same time they found us our perfect family home and supported us through the purchase, making the whole process feel seamless. They were always available to answer questions, chase updates, and smooth out any bumps along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was their honesty, dedication, and genuine care. We felt supported by the entire team from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase. 26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.
