One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

He identified me as a serious buyer and convinced the vendor to stick with me throughout the ordeal. 7 stars from me!
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

Aside from residential surveys/building regs advice, they have let & managed my property over the years (very successfully), & in addition, I have bought & also recently sold through them. The fact W&T have been in business in Kensal Rise for nearly 100 years, speaks volumes in itself, they are the definition of ‘consummate professionals’! 2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Wilfords go above and beyond for property management, undertaking additional unexpected tasks when the delivery company did not deliver the boxes - hence they had to go out and find boxes urgently, and they did all my packing, which the delivery company was supposed to do. Highly recommended and special thanks to Rupert and Henry, who organised everything.

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
