When I met her at the property I was struck by how friendly and approachable she was as well as very informed about the property. She guided me through the whole process in a professional yet friendly way and was alway in contact about the process and easy to contact when I had questions. Josh has so much experience and was always available to respond to any queries we had quickly and efficiently when my son recently purchased a flat with his support. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent both with us and our solicitor. Highly recommend them!

They helped us with our initial purchase, to helping manage our property and most recently helped process the sale of our property in a very smooth manner. What sets them apart from others is the family feel, the friendly service and the fact they care. You don’t find that with many estate agents who take enormous pride with their work. If you are looking for a genuine estate agent who have great local expertise of Richmond, I would definitely recommend giving the Cantell Team a call
