From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.<br><br>She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy.<br><br>No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. 11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information.<br><br>As a result of this misinformation, we have been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the service we received. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

They were consistently friendly, highly professional, and genuinely supported us through every single stage of the sale and move.<br><br>They went above and beyond, even chasing up solicitors on our behalf to keep everything moving smoothly and reduce our stress. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work. I would absolutely use Keystone again in a heartbeat!
