3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Had a valuation appointment for my late father’s property cancelled at the last minute, with the agent telling me she had ‘the lurgy’ as though it was a hilarious joke, when I had travelled 2 hours and taken time off work. I explained that I wouldn’t be rearranging the appointment due to the circumstances, and asked for my details to be removed from their system. I then received an extremely self-important reply (in breach of GDPR law, at this point) telling me why they were in the right and I was in the wrong, and failing to express any compassion whatsoever for my recent bereavement. I can honestly (and thankfully) say I have never had an experience with an estate agent quite like this one.

They couldn’t always get feedback from the viewings as the public can be fickle but were pretty quick when they could. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eron- 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)The team were very efficient, friendly and understanding of our needs, especially Morgan Knott on showing prospective buyers around our home. She had researched everything efficiently and was respectful. Riley in the office was also extremely helpful and friendly, always on hand to help us when we needed support. All the office team were helpful and friendly.

Michael was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable, giving me confidence from the very start. Throughout the process, Karen and Emma were always just a phone call away and kept me updated at every stage. The whole team was professional, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell their home and want to thank the entire team for their outstanding service.
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Tom was absolutely brilliant!- 27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is my 2nd time of using Wards and I had no hesitation in choosing them again.Every single person I dealt with was amazing, encouraging ,supportive and professional...the house I had chosen was perfect for me but the only thing that slowed things down was my buyers solicitors....Wards of Paddock Wood remained positive for me when I couldn't feel positive for myself...as before (7 years ago )their customer service went above and beyond not just being professional in the process but remembering what a stressful time house sales can be and being there for the emotional support I needed (it's been a very tough 6 years and it was a hard decision to move but the right one) ... I cannot fault this branch and would recommend them to everyone....thank you to every single person I dealt with, Lauren,Hazel,Samantha and Maria,their sales progressor ...this lady worked tirelessly to move the sale along liasing with solicitors,and the Deal branch, she was cheerful ,upbeat ,friendly and professional and I genuinely feel that she cut the completion date down dramatically...to all of you I can't thank you enough if I could give 10 stars I would xx

I found all the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly but Be, in particular, was extraordinarily helpful. She was genuinely invested in helping to find the right house for me personally. Be has a wealth of knowledge about Kings Hill as an area in which to live, and the different types of properties and how they may or may not work for you. She also understands that seeing a variety of properties is part of the process of finding the right home, and never once tried to convince me to like something that wasn’t quite right, or made me feel I was wasting time (an experience I have had elsewhere). As a result, I have just found, with her significant help, the perfect property for me – and I’m delighted. It’s been a great experience to be supported by someone with such high professional standards. Thank you to Be and the whole team!

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)There were couple of properties available with Barden that I tried hard to reach them, every time they take my full name and phone number but no one got back, I tried 4 times via phone and number of times over mails. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)From the outset Damian was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions and help us secure the property we wanted. After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.

She kept me updated constantly, nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting before I put the house up for sale she advised me on what to do and what not. The whole process was smooth, because of her. I would recommend her to everyone, and have. Simply fantastic!

You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars .
