We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic! Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.

From booking the initial viewing through to collecting the keys, the whole process was smooth, well organised and stress free. Communication was excellent throughout. I was always kept informed, and it never felt like a chore to pick up the phone with any questions. A special thank you to Louise, who conducted our viewing and supported us every step of the way. She was consistently approachable, knowledgeable and proactive in keeping us updated. Louise took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. The teams were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Their dedication and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for reliable and efficient estate agents!
20th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I had a very positive experience dealing with Entwistle Lettings, and I’d especially like to highlight Ocean Warwick for the excellent service she provided. Ocean was thorough, patient, and always took the time to clearly answer all of my questions and concerns. She kept me well informed throughout and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Communication was professional and efficient from start to finish. Even when I arrived at the viewing late, she was still all smiles, gracious, and patient — which made a great impression on me. This was my first EVER experience like this with a property agent. I would happily recommend both Entwistle Lettings and Ocean Warwick to others.
9th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I recently sold a flat in West Didsbury and bought a house in Withington having Annie at Jordan Fishwick didsbury branch as my agent for both my sale and purchase. Annie is such a personable friendly person who really guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I couldn't praise and recommend her enough. I was selling and buying alone so having an agent who really made me feel at ease through every step was so helpful and reassuring. She responded to phone calls and emails promptly, reliably updating me with new info and took a real hands on approach corresponding with my buyers and sellers solicitors when needed. If and when I consider selling my new house in the future Annie would be my first and only call. A very professional and genuinely lovely person. Thankyou so much for all your hard work and support throughout Annie!

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!
4th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

After a difficult experience with a previous estate agent who lacked professionalism, working with them was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were supportive, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what is usually a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and reassuring us every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their dedication really showed in helping us finally complete on our home. If you’re looking for an estate agent team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend them enough.

24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)When we first spoke to Claire we knew we were in safe hands. She has been brilliant, she's so professional and has a kind and warm demeanour that helps put you at ease. She will go the extra mile to get answers to any questions you have as quickly as possible and she was a huge support in the final months leading up to completion. We had a long process in purchasing the property due to the legal aspect, but Claire kept us updated each week which was so reassuring and also helped us stay sane !!! I can't recommend Price&Co enough. Thank you for being with us on this Journey and helping us through to the end ??
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alexander went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always quick to answer questions, kept me well informed, and showed real care in making sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and approachable in this industry. The whole experience felt efficient and well-managed, and I always felt supported at every step. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I would definitely recommend Parkes—and especially Alexander.

We had a huge amount of interest immediately, leading to plenty of viewings and several offers within days. A brilliant experience all round!
