They are professional, responsive, trustworthy and always happy to help. Communication is excellent, and I have complete confidence in their ability to manage my property. A fantastic team and a real credit to the industry. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord!

They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

22nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I once excellent company completely wrecked by its new owners. The company used to be very easy to communicate with, now its easier to communicate with the dead. They use to be polite, but Northwood regard tenants as an inconvenience. I had eight years of good experiences but the ninth is a mess, and its all because Northwood, the new owners, are terrible. It must have taken a lot of effort to transform a great company into one I am now writing a one-star review for on every platform I can find, but they managed it.

Helen Larkin and Beverly were Amazing , we had a lot of ups and downs selling ,nothing but things we couldn’t foresee ,but they were there every step of the way to help and reassure ,it would have been a hard time without them , so a massive Thank you !jane and family
27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Disappointing Experience with Philip Ellis Estate & Lettings, Whitefield<br><br>I had a disappointing experience with Philip Ellis Estate & Lettings in Whitefield while they were managing the rental of my property for approximately one year.<br><br>The property was brand new when it was let. After the tenancy, I found that it required extensive refurbishment, which was both frustrating and costly. Given the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, I was disappointed with the condition in which it was left and the amount of work needed to bring it back to an acceptable standard.<br><br>As a landlord, I expected effective property management, appropriate oversight and clear communication throughout the tenancy. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.<br><br>I can only comment on my own experience, and others may have had different outcomes. However, based on my experience, I would advise landlords to clarify the agent’s responsibilities, ensure thorough property inventories and inspections are carried out, and document the condition of the property before and after each tenancy.<br><br>Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would be hesitant to use their services again.- 24th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The team were very helpful throughout the process, even helping with access for workmen.

26th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience.png)
