15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

Transparent communication would highly recommend.- 14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Do not sell your house with Bridgfords. They say all the right things to rope you into a 26 week contract. Their fees are DOUBLE what other services charge. From start to finish our experience has been poor, out of 8 viewings arranged not one was chaperoned by a member of the team. Viewers cancelled well over 24h before the viewings were due to take place and we found out 30 minutes before. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and disruption to us. We requested a board on a few occasions and this was just ignored. Our number was given out to what I feel was a bogus surveyor and when I asked what company they were from the staff couldn't tell me. Long story short if you don't want to waste time and money please avoid Brigfords at all costs!! If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would!

From day one, we knew we’d made the right decision and that feeling never changed throughout the entire process. Jennifer was absolutely amazing. Not only did she successfully sell our property, but she also supported us every step of the way in finding and purchasing our new home. The whole journey can be stressful and emotional, but she was always there professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. What sets Jennifer apart is the genuine care she shows. There aren’t many estate agents who will be at the end of the phone when you’re having a wobble and feel like everything is going wrong but Jennifer always was. Her reassurance, guidance and calm approach made all the difference. We are extremely grateful for all the help and support she gave us throughout the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jennifer and her fantastic team to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you so much for everything!
28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Avoid at all costs – completely dishonest. We attended a viewing for a rental property on Redwater Close, Worsley. Luckily, we arrived early and ended up speaking with a contractor at the property, who told us he was actually buying the house within a year. That immediately raised alarm bells. When Ben from the agency eventually arrived, we told him what we had been informed. He called someone at the office, and they suddenly claimed they had no idea about any sale. Huge red flags. When we got home, we did our own checks and discovered the property was also listed for sale. So naturally, the question is: how could we trust that we wouldn’t be asked to leave after six months if a buyer came along? We were later told that they did know the property was up for sale, but that the landlord had decided to rent it out because it “wasn’t selling” — even though it had only gone on the market the previous Friday. The stories just didn’t add up. There were inconsistencies from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional and misleading behaviour. Proceed with caution — or better yet, avoid altogether.

They were exceptionally quick to respond to all of our queries, which made the whole process feel efficient and reassuring, particularly during the negotiation and post-offer stages. We never had to chase them for updates, and their proactive approach helped keep our purchase moving smoothly towards completion. We highly recommend Charles Louis Homes for their dedication to great customer service and fast, clear communication.

I dealt with a few different agents in the process but the communication was always on point and as a team they always knew where I was up to in the process. I'd definitely be happy to work with them again.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We would 100% recommend using West Riding to buy or sell in Saddleworth. Our agent Gabrielle was AMAZING throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop. When our first buyers pulled out a few days before exchange she was calm and measured, put the house back on the market in 24-hours and sold it again within a week. And when solicitors were being difficult and non-communicative (a common problem nowadays) Gabrielle always kept the lines of communication open. We’ve used other agents in the area who were frankly hopeless, so it was such a relief to use West Riding.
