Any time I’ve needed assistance or repairs, everything has been handled promptly, with contractors arranged quickly and without any unnecessary delays. It gives real peace of mind knowing you’re supported by a team that genuinely cares and takes action. A special thank you to Charlotte and Adam, who I deal with most often — they are always helpful, approachable, and on top of everything. Their level of service truly makes a difference. 6th May 2026 (3 days ago)I was recommended to use Taylor & Wood for selling my house. I met with Mike at the property, from the start I felt comfortable with him. No rushing, Mike took his time and the photos were amazing, so much so my house sold almost immediately. The ladies in the office Michelle, Liz and Anne are very helpful and all the team kept me updated throughout the sale process. If you want nice, friendly and professional people then look no further. A big thank you to you all xx

Communication appears inconsistent, with different information provided at different times, which makes it difficult to rely on what is being said. There also seems to be a lack of clear structure, procedures and follow-through, which affects confidence in how the business operates.

10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Update, the email address you have provided has been ccd inbto many emails including the formal complaint. No response!! Asked for my keys back in November, it now March and it's still be ignored along with all my requests!! I have a complaint open as a landlord with TG, after they failed to carry out any work I have asked then to organise and failed to report and repair issue that were reported to them. I have not heard from TG since December, no reply to emails, no answering phone calls. I have no idea what is happening to my property and have asked for the keys back which has been ignored. My complaint is now well passed their timeframe to response. Over a month ago I was told I would have a response to my complaint by 4pm that day. At 4pm I was emailed to ask what my complaint even was, as they couldnt find it. Iwill be reporting them for breach the contract. See less

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.

19th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.
