18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I would like to say that I am thankful for Ella as she has played a key role in helping me secure my flat and made the entire process feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish.<br><br>Ella was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout. She communicated clearly at every stage, kept me updated, and ensured everything progressed without delays. What could have been a stressful process was handled seamlessly thanks to her organisation and attention to detail.<br><br>Her proactive approach and dedication really stood out, and I always felt confident that I was in good hands.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)AWFUL, avoid at all costs. Even if there is a house you are interested in, still avoid not worth the stress one bit. Go elsewhere. I would not even give them 1 star, but I have no choice. The stress they have caused me in my personal life is a utter joke. Never receive a call back, let alone an email response, told me the incorrect information which I have in writing but still not owning up to their mistake. Beth the 'Manager' does not know how to have a professional conversation, talks to everyone like their pal which is so incredibly off putting. Again no accountability from Will Jones, again or any call backs. I even asked for this to be passed over to a Senior Manager and still never received a call back and apparently she looks after 52 branches! They must all be awful. If I ever see the name Chancellors on anything, I will never EVER go anywhere near them and will make sure everyone knows about it. Respectfully it is like a bunch of children are running this business, which is rather sad really. They need training on multiple things and to hire new staff with a proper manner and know what they are doing. Had no choice but to leave this review, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. 2 weeks I have been chasing this up. I have rung 5/6 times this morning first thing when they opened (so no valid reason to not answering - I even tried the sales line too) so I am adamant they are just ignoring my calls on purpose which based on my experience so far, I am probably not wrong about. AVOID!
1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Had a great service with the Manager Aidan to sell our home. Callum and Amanda carried out our viewings and always gave feedback immediately - lovely to speak to! We were abroad during the sale and Aidan was a fantastic help in ensuring the sale went through in a few months. No matter what time of the day he made himself available to speak and guide us through each step. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an individual estate agent.
22nd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Have had to take the property of the market and will probably relist. It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)We were tenants at a property in Raynes Park managed by Jade at Samuel Estates and were very happy with the service provided. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Ignored my email request for a viewing.<br><br>Spammed me with unsuitable properties.<br><br>Randomly asked me if I wanted to let my house.<br><br>Went to view a house through them, agent didn't turn up, didn't answer the phone and didn't tell me the house was off the market (as I subsequently found out via Rightmove).<br><br>Clowns.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

After speaking with Winkworth Surbiton, they stood out immediately—their customer experience was on an entirely different level, and they delivered on every detail we asked for. From the very first conversation to the final handover, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and exceptionally well?communicated. There was never a moment where I felt out of the loop or unsure of the next step. Everything was handled with a level of care detail that made everything stress free and effortless. A special mention must go to Ryan, whose professionalism and engagement were outstanding throughout. We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.

Aidan went out of his way to facilitate things, especially helping my mum who is 82, taking things round for her to sign, and visiting the property on a Sunday to make sure everything was in place.
