I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.

The overall service was disorganised and unreliable, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Lovely staff absolutely looked after me made me feel human very professional and no questions I asked made me feel that i could not ask them. And believe me I asked a few and especially as moving is very stressful !!! A big thank you to this family run business and even those who worked there who wasn’t family May as well of been. Everything completed we are super happy! A Big thank you to Sadie, Paul, Will and Marianne and even James who does the Lettings and was also really helpful if he answered the phone. 8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

She was incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Olivia made everything smooth and stress-free — from the first viewing to finalising the paperwork, she kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients, and Olivia truly does. I would highly recommend Dayfields, especially if you get the chance to work with Olivia. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and dedication made all the difference. Thank you for such a positive experience!
