Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. Her dedication and hands-on approach made a big difference throughout what can often be a stressful process. 12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.
27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.
18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one.
