12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!

25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)THIS AGENCY IS A WASTE OF TIME! JUST BECAUSE I AM CLAIMING HOUSING BENEFITS THEY WONT LET ME RENT THE PROPERTY. THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND SHOULDNT OPERATE! WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL PASS YOU TO ANOTHER AGENT TO ANOTHER UNTIL YOU WERE JUST HANGING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE THEN THEY WILL HANG UP! I WILL REPORT THIS AGENCY TO THE COUNCIL! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL! I AM A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FOR MY KID, REASONS WHY I HAVE THE SUPPORT FROM THE GOV'T BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ME AND MY KID!!!!!!

Prior to the sale the house had been let by the letting line who were also always very professional. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property.

The team ( Jade and Urmile ) were extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s reassuring to deal with people who are approachable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agency.

Fadhel assisted me in letting the property, communication was excellent from the very beginning. I was always informed well in advance about everything. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Fadhel did everything to ensure things kept moving smoothly. I’m very grateful for his kindness, patience and professionalism. Fadhel is a real asset to Madison Brook.

He was very accommodating in arranging viewings matching my availability and followed up my inquiry quickly. Submitting an offer to purchase was straightforward. All communicatio were prompt, which frankly is what matters the most to me. I can't speak for selling a property, but fir buying I can certainly recommend this branch.

In fact given the miserable time I way having with my conveyancing solicitor safe to say they helped keep the wheels on the transaction. 10/10- 5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided during the process of selling my property. It has been a remarkable experience, particularly on the day the contracts were exchanged. The individual has dedicated nearly three years to facilitate this sale, and I am grateful for his perseverance and commitment. The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!

11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Please do not use their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.

Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!

They kept us informed at every stage of the process and were always available to answer any questions. Their communication was excellent, and they handled everything efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Thanks to Harveys expertise and dedication, the sale went through smoothly. I would highly recommend Harvey at Tom Ash woods and Co, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
