While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

He was knowledgeable, transparent and a step by step guide to success, very grateful.

Ali was extremely helpful throughout and really went above and beyond to make everything straightforward. He was always responsive to my requests, quick to provide updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Kings Group Cheshunt, especially Ali, to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly estate agent. Thank you again for such a great service!

Communication was clear and prompt, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Moving into a new place can sometimes be stressful, but Husnain made the process smooth and straightforward. He was helpful during viewings, transparent about the tenancy details, and always approachable whenever something needed to be sorted. It’s refreshing to deal with an estate agent who is responsive and actually follows through on things. Overall, a very positive experience renting through him and I would happily recommend Elms Estates to other tenants looking for a reliable and professional agent.

We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

14th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)When moat housing took over maintenance/repairs they were all for responses quickly & accurately. While I only trust certain maintenance workers with 100% expertise. I now have experienced customers service very poor & lacking respect for their tenants. With a visit recently about having new windows & doors I found the approach was very frustrating & all one sided to say the least.. we was left very distraught & the anxiety levels pushed to 100%. We now find ourselves not confident with this company with regards have been in our house many yrs...with them having 10yrs contract left I hope they can improve the way they used to be and find that also works carried out are of high standard and respect to tenants always not all one-sided..

However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

Jean Vallesi was our agent, and he was superb in providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth move in. The experience with Jean and Chestertons was much smoother than any of the previous letting agencies I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them to assist anyone in finding their next home!
