In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful guidance, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. Their communication was exceptional - always quick to respond, clear, and proactive, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organised. They were both warm and personable, highly knowledgeable, and I always felt I was in very capable hands. Although I didn’t end up securing the property as I was unfortunately outbid, the level of service I received never dropped. They remained positive, encouraging, and committed throughout, which really stood out.
